Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and dedicated Admin Assistant to join our Mechanization Branch in Ermelo. The successful candidate will manage the internal administration of the branch and support the daily operations of the team.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 or NQF4 qualification.
• Experience: Previous experience in a workshop or spare parts environment is highly recommended.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Availability: Willingness to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and balance petty cash transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliations, including balancing and banking of daily transactions.
• Register, process, and complete administrative claims.
• Issue Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) for stock and monitor deviation reports.
• Oversee stock takes and receive deliveries from suppliers according to company policy.
• Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Handle workshop administration, including managing job cards and maintaining safety documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
