Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative operation of the branch. Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing email correspondence and maintaining an efficient filing system.
• Preparing and submitting weekly financial and expense reports.
• Assisting senior management with various administrative requests.
• Monitoring inventory records and addressing any discrepancies.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding order issues, claims, and returns.
• Processing paperwork for received goods and managing credit notes.
• Collaborating with the receiving and finance teams to solve queries.
• Directing incoming phone calls and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensuring all daily administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: You must have a Matric certificate.
• Experience: Previous experience in administration (as an Admin Clerk, Assistant, or Officer) is preferred.
• Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa.
• Location: You should reside within 25km of Tokai.
• Background: A clear criminal record is required.
