Analyst II –Cash, Supply Chain and Properties
Purpose:
Support the effective functioning of Cash, Supply Chain and Properties by using analytical and process management techniques in a designated department. Identify improvement areas, enhance efficiency, and provide support for the broader CSP department.
Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years in a related field such as supply chain, cash management, infrastructure projects, or maintenance (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing)
- Proven experience in data, systems, and process analysis
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and improve processes through analysis and problem solving
Preferred experience:
- Resource planning and scheduling
- Use of data visualisation tools- Demand‑driven material requirements planning
- Sales and operations planning (S&OP)
- Team management
- Advanced Office skills
Qualifications (minimum):
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (General) or Supply Chain Management
Qualifications (preferred):
- Certification in Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of supply chain management, continuous improvement techniques, process management, data and analytics, planning and forecasting processes and technologies, basic project management principles
