Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Senior Certificate (Matric).
• An appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Bricklaying.
• A valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle the following duties:

• Design and Production: Create designs based on client needs and build structures using appropriate materials and equipment according to industry standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect all work to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Regularly check facilities and equipment for faults, carry out necessary repairs, and test them to ensure they work correctly.
• Administration: Maintain accurate job records, update maintenance registers, and prepare progress reports.
• Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff members and contribute to operational plans.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest technologies and procedures in the construction industry.
