Job Description
- Newlands - AU PAIR - EVERY SECOND WEEK
- Ages: child aged 7 years old
- Working hours: every second week, Monday – Friday: 13h30 – 18h00, Saturday and Sunday: 10h00 – 18h00. Flexibility is needed as the schedule can change with prior notice
Responsibilities
the Au Pair will collect the 7 year old from school at 13h10 daily and transport her to the V&A Waterfront for supervised visits with her mother, ensure she completes her homework, provide a healthy lunch or snack, and then transport her safely to her father’s home in Newlands at 18h00. Supervised visits are also required every second weekend. Start date: ASAP start – permanent contract Salary: R15 000 - R15 500 per month (gross, before deductions), car provided for childcare duties
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
- Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
- Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
- Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Must have a passion for children
- Must have Matric
- Must have a South African ID document.
