Our client is is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider focused on delivering personalized therapy services to children with autism and developmental needs. They offer support primarily through home-based services, working closely across departments like intake, authorizations, and staffing to ensure smooth client care and placement. The organization is well established in New York, particularly across the five boroughs, and is actively expanding into other regions including North Carolina, with future growth plans in states such as Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico.

Automation Specialist & Website Developer: will be responsible for managing and optimizing client's automation systems, website, internal applications, and AI-driven initiatives. This individual will work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency through workflow automation, system integrations, website enhancements, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development, automations, backend systems, and AI tools, with the ability to independently manage technical projects and support the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities

include:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve company websites
  • Design and manage Monday.com automations
  • Build and maintain integrations between systems and platforms
  • Support backend functionality of company applications
  • Configure and optimize workflows and automations
  • Create and manage Monday.com boards and processes
  • Collaborate with leadership on technical projects
