Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and confident Beauty Assistant to join our team at the Kyalami Corner store. In this role, you will be the face of our beauty department, providing expert advice to customers and ensuring they have a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Advice: Talk to customers to understand their needs and recommend the best beauty and skincare products for them.
• Drive Sales: Meet monthly sales targets by promoting products, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, new product ranges, and active promotions.
• Stock Management: Help manage stock levels, prevent product loss, and ensure the department is tidy and well-organized.
• Merchandising: Ensure that all displays and promotional materials look professional and follow company standards.
• Brand Loyalty: Promote the Clicks ClubCard program and encourage new members to sign up.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
• Preferred Education: A qualification in beauty or skincare is an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• A strong passion for beauty and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A friendly, confident, and engaging personality.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and stock management.
