Job Summary - Business Process Analyst (LATAM)

The role is responsible for supporting the implementation and optimisation of the Integrated Management System across Fraser Alexander LATAM, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. It focuses on risk mitigation, process efficiency, digital transformation, and continuous improvement, guaranteeing standardisation, quality, and the integration of technological tools to enhance operational and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Contribute to operational excellence initiatives, ensuring divisional objectives are met. Define and track KPIs to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

  • Process Optimisation & Standardisation: Document and update procedures and workflows, drive improvements in business processes, and support knowledge management for organisational learning.

  • Digital Transformation & Change Management: Identify and implement digital tools for process automation, lead training programmes, and manage organisational change initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities, implement monitoring solutions, and promote Kaizen and Agile practices for sustained improvements.

  • Reporting & Control: Measure and report on the performance and impact of the Integrated Management System using digital dashboards. Provide internal clients with tools to track progress.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, share insights, best practices, and benchmarks to ensure alignment and integration of processes.

Key Relationships

  • Internal: General Manager LATAM, Operational Excellence, Finance, HR, IT, Project Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.

  • External: Clients, strategic partners, consultants, and technology providers.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Education: Professional degree in Engineering (Industrial or Civil preferred) from an accredited institution.

  • Experience: At least 1 year in mining, energy, manufacturing, or consulting sectors. Proven experience in process management systems, reporting tools, and project implementation.

  • Skills: Advanced English (oral and written), strong Excel/Power BI, process modelling (BPMN 2.0), continuous improvement methodologies, and digital transformation.

Competencies

Proficiency in process analysis and modelling, project management, data analysis, and BI tools. Strong collaboration, communication, adaptability, and organisational skills. Must demonstrate integrity, accountability, and the ability to manage change effectively.

Other Conditions

Hybrid 5x2 working model (office and remote). Article 22 Chilean labour scheme, with monthly travel to operational sites. In case of field assignment, a 4x3 roster may apply.
