The Agent – Debt Review will liaise with debt counsellors regarding Capitec clients who are over‑indebted and under debt review. The role requires accurate processing of legally sensitive debt review work within service level agreements, managing changing priorities under pressure, staying aligned with updates, and taking full accountability for quality, timeliness, and communication. This position is essential to meeting targets and ensuring effective service delivery and team performance.
Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a contact‑centre debt review environment.
Qualifications
Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
