Project Coordinator
Location: Stellenbosch, South Africa

Purpose
To contribute to, coordinate and support the planning and delivery of project benefits into the operational environment.

Experience
2-3 years working as a coordinator or administrator in a project environment.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Stakeholder engagement experience.

Qualifications (minimum)
Relevant qualification in Project Management.
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.

Qualifications (preferred)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or a similar field.

Knowledge
Project management systems and procedures (e.g., MS Project, PowerPoint).
Project management terminology and guidelines (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile DSDM).
Project management methodologies.

Skills
Planning, organising and coordination.
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
Facilitation skills.
Attention to detail.
Interpersonal and relationship management.
Communication skills.
Leadership skills.
Reporting skills.
