Job Title: Specialist: Sales Support – Purpose Lending – Home Loan

Purpose Statement
Develop and execute tactical plans based on the Purpose Lending strategy and business plan to achieve business and financial objectives and meet the needs of external and internal clients. The role supports sales, service, and financial goals by delivering an excellent experience to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of client service experience in retail, financial services, or banking
- 1‑2 years of operational management experience in a similar environment
- Experience selling Purpose Products, especially home loans
- Strong client/customer engagement and interaction skills
Ideal Experience
- Prior experience in home improvement, education, medical, or other embedded finance areas
- Direct experience in home loans, mortgage lending, or property finance
- Familiarity with digital or branch‑based home loan sales channels
Qualifications
- Minimum: Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce
- Ideal: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
Knowledge
- Minimum: Understanding of Purpose Lending products, their features and benefits; sales cycle; CRM tools; customer service principles; industry trends and competitor activities
- Ideal: Knowledge of Capitec systems, sales channels, and operational structures
