Job Title:Cash Device Implementation Administrator
Location: Stellenbosch, South Africa

Purpose:
Configure and implement new cash devices. This is done by setting up internal systems so the cash devices work fully and are handed over to ATM monitoring before they are used.
Experience:
Minimum: At least 2 years of related experience working with cash devices.
Ideal: Experience in supplier management, experience in the Capitec environment, experience in a call centre/ATM service calls/ATM custodian role. Qualifications:
Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational qualification. Ideal: Knowledge of configuring and staging ATM, DNR, Self Service Terminals. Understanding of IT equipment and software systems such as Proview, Postilion, Terminal Configurator, Active Directory, SharePoint, SAP. Basic understanding of professional services and managed services.
Skills:
Problem solving, communication, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), interpersonal and relationship management, decision making.
Conditions of Employment:
