About the role

We are looking for a Layout Design Specialist who can create welcoming and functional branch spaces. You will design floor layouts for new and upgraded branches, including off‑site cash devices. Your designs must balance cost, quality and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Design floor layouts for new and upgraded branches.
• Create practical, efficient design solutions.
• Drive value engineering by solving design challenges creatively.
• Coordinate signage artwork, decals, internal and external signage from concept to installation.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and detailed drawing packs on time.
• Plan and conduct site surveys, ensuring precise measurements.
• Draft and review branch layout specifications for interior and exterior design elements.
• Work closely with suppliers, contractors, landlords and tenant coordinators.
• Continuously improve drafting processes to reduce design and turnaround time.

What you will bring

• 2+ years experience in architectural design and construction.
• Hands‑on experience using Revit for layout design and construction drawings.
• Solid understanding of building methods, materials and regulations.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills.
• Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing timelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Project management capability (methodology‑specific experience is a plus).

Qualifications (minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Draughting or Architectural Technology.
