Role Overview

We are building intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions to simplify how clients and teams work. As a Business Analyst I, you will help identify, analyse, and deliver automation and AI‑enabled solutions that improve efficiency, control, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, systems, and user journeys to find automation opportunities.
• Define and document business, process, and functional requirements.
• Determine whether a problem should be solved with AI‑driven automation, traditional rules‑based automation, process redesign, or human‑led activities.
• Support the design of AI automation, human‑in‑the‑loop solutions, and conversational AI journeys.
• Work with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Assist with implementation, testing, go‑live support, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artefacts in an Agile environment.

Conversational AI Exposure

• Define intents, conversation goals, and routing logic.
• Support conversational journey design and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify workflow, data, and integration requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Minimum: A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred: Additional exposure or certification in AI, Agile, Business Analysis, process improvement, or related disciplines.

Experience & Knowledge

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or a closely related role.
• Experience analysing business processes and translating requirements into clear documentation.
• Exposure to Agile ways of working and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of automation, AI‑enabled solutions, or digital optimisation initiatives.

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, or basic SQL.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Interest in conversational AI, workflow automation, or process optimisation.
