- Negotiate commercial agreements and structure tailored finance solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell complementary financial products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer and partner experiences.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a Channel Management, Business Development, Partner Management, or Sales role.
- Strong experience within the Financial Services sector is essential.
- Demonstrated success selling asset finance, rental finance, leasing, commercial finance, banking, fintech, or related financial solutions.
- Experience working with SME, Corporate, and/or Public Sector clients.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure financial solutions that meet customer needs.
- Established professional network and relationship-building capability.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently while delivering against aggressive growth targets.
