Key Responsibilities

As a Class Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to ensure the classroom runs smoothly and learners receive the support they need. Your main duties will include:

• Supporting teachers in planning and delivering daily learning activities.
• Helping to maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
• Assisting with the management of learner behavior in line with school policies.
• Taking responsibility for the care and safekeeping of classroom resources and equipment.
• Assisting with sports, cultural programs, and administrative tasks as required.
• Helping with basic record-keeping and preparing educational materials.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Currently studying toward a B.Ed in Foundation Phase.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar educational role.
• A clear criminal record.
• A passion for child-friendly education and professional development.
