Conveyancing Secretary - TransfersRandburgSalary: Market-Related A well-established Law Firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with a strong background in Property Transfers, particularly within the Distressed Property Sector.
Minimum requirements:

- ABSA Help-U-Sell transfers
- ABSA Sheriff transfers
- ABSA legal bond cancellations
- Standard Bank EasySell transfers
- Liquidation transfers
- Conveyancing systems: DM11 and E4
Responsibilities
- Handling Transfer registrations and related transactions
- Ensuring compliance with Bank’s processing guidelines
- Liaising with Banks, Clients, and Attorneys to facilitate Transfer and Bond Cancellation transactions
- Preparing and managing Transfer and Cancellation documents and securities efficiently
- Handling administrative tasks related to Transfer and Bond Cancellation matters
