We are seeking energetic, self‑motivated individuals to join Capitec Bank in Milnerton, Western Cape. The role is to administer deceased estates efficiently, compliantly and compassionately. You will manage the whole process, follow legal requirements and company policies, and support executors, beneficiaries and internal teams during a sensitive time.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and finalise deceased estate applications.
- Liaise with the Master of the High Court for registration, queries and approvals.
- Ensure all documentation meets legislative and policy standards.
- Provide clear communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a contact centre handling deceased estate administration and client queries.
- Minimum Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent.
- Diploma in Law is ideal but not required.
- Knowledge of deceased estate legislation and processes, or willingness to learn.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication, analytical and business writing skills.
- Ability to plan, organise and coordinate work.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
Ideal additional experience:
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank Handover and CCS Status policy.
- Knowledge of legal collections and debt review processes.
