Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Economics or Business Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a middle or senior management role.
• Proven experience working with government policies and programs.
• In-depth knowledge of legislative frameworks related to small businesses and women’s empowerment.
• Practical experience with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and project management.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional report writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build networks with stakeholders.
• Experience with government budgeting processes.
