Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, sorting, and delivery of mail and official documents. This role also involves performing general office errands, preparing beverages, and assisting with light cleaning duties to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and distribute mail and internal correspondence.
• Ensure documents are batched and delivered to the correct departments or external locations.
• Assist with general office tasks as required.
• Prepare beverages for staff and visitors.
• Support general office cleanliness and maintenance.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric/NQF Level 4) or an equivalent qualification.
• License: A valid motor vehicle driving license.
• Experience: At least 3 months of relevant work experience.
