Job Opportunity: Driver Replenishment

Premier FMCG is a leading company with a rich history spanning over 195 years. Originally known for milling and baking, we have expanded into a diverse FMCG business. We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Driver Replenishment to join our logistics team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to manage assigned routes and operate heavy-duty vehicles to ensure that products are delivered safely and on time without any damages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect heavy-duty vehicles before every trip.
• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently along assigned routes.
• Manage all required delivery documentation and perform related administrative duties.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
• Report any vehicle defects, breakdowns, or emergencies immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain strict adherence to AARTO rules and road safety legislation.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• License: Valid Code 14 driver’s license with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
• Driving Experience: A minimum of 24 months of heavy-duty driving experience.
• Work History: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar logistics or replenishment role.

Working Conditions

• This is a full-time position.
• Candidates must be willing to work shifts.
• Requirement to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as needed.
