As we expand into new markets, you will play a vital role in keeping our online catalog accurate, professional, and easy for customers to navigate.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, SEO, and category management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings to ensure all information is accurate and follows brand standards.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and metadata to improve search engine rankings and help customers find products easily.
• Manage website categories and tags to ensure products are correctly classified.
• Perform regular data audits to find and fix errors, duplicate entries, or missing information.
• Assist with launching products in new markets, including content localization and bulk data uploads.
• Follow established style guides and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality across the site.
• Support the broader product team with reporting and other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Performance Areas

• The speed and accuracy of new product listings.
• The quality of SEO optimization for product content.
• Consistency in category mapping and tagging.
• Efficiency in resolving data errors.
• Meeting weekly productivity targets and project deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required

• At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce, digital content, or product administration (internships will be considered).
• A basic understanding of SEO principles for online products.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical way of working.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and experience using content management systems (CMS).
• The ability to handle repetitive data tasks accurately and efficiently.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Desirable)

• Experience using eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
• Knowledge of bulk product uploads and data feed management.
• An interest in international business and multi-market operations.
• Ability to speak or write in Portuguese or French is a plus, though not required.
