Electrical Automation Engineer

Electrical Automation Engineer is needed at a company in Randburg. Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Must have 8+ years’ experience in MCC Design, Control Panel Design, PLC & SCADA Systems, Factory Acceptance Test and proficiency in Allan Bradley and Siemens. Qualifications and experience: 

• Minimum: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in PLC programming, SCADA development, and plant commissioning.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Allan Bradley and Siemens
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles related to industrial control systems.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Designing MCC and control panels for plant operations.
• Oversee manufacturing of panels.
• Generate accurate, detailed electrical drawings for manufacturing and installation.
• Program PLC systems.
• Develop SCADA systems.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
• Oversee commissioning of plants.
