Job Description
A leading plastic packaging manufacturer in the Western Cape is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join its maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical professional to play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment across the plant. Working closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams, the Electrician will contribute to maximising equipment uptime, improving plant performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Matric
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Trade Test Electrician (Red Seal)
5 years’ experience in the Plastic or Packaging factory environment
Candidates should be residing in the Western Cape
