- Administer, maintain, and optimise the Citrix environment, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), NetScaler VPN, and application hosting solutions. Manage and support the Windows 365 Cloud PC platform, including provisioning, policy management, and user lifecycle.
- Collaborate with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to align endpoint solutions with organisational security standards. Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes in line with ITIL best practices. Contribute to project delivery, including new technology rollouts, upgrades, and migrations. Provide Level 3 technical support and act as an escalation point for endpoint-related issues.
