Expat - HRD Coordinator, Mining Training (67582)

Job Description

• A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for a HRD Coordinator Mining Training 

• Establish and maintain underground training centers, including best practise sections, underground lecture rooms, etc and to supervise all underground training delivery and operations within the underground training centres, including competence training and assessment, generic risk management and underground workplace related safety training

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Certified in Training and development or mining.
• Mine Overseer's certificate of competence
• Blasting certificate
• Assessor & Moderator
• Diploma or degree in Training and development or mining Safety training, preferred
• 6+ years' relevant experience in an underground mining environment
• 3 + years' experience in Training and Development in underground mining environment
