Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move materials, picking and packing customer orders with high accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders according to company procedures.
• Ensure all orders are accurate to prevent mistakes or discrepancies.
• Keep your work area clean, tidy, and organized.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.

Requirements

• Matric (High School Diploma) or an equivalent qualification.
• A valid forklift driver’s license.
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically in picking and packing orders.
• Certifications in warehouse or logistics operations.
