Role Summary
We are looking for committed, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our teams at several branches in Cape Town. The General Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations and ensuring the yard runs smoothly.

Job Details

• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 2–3 years
• Education: Matric (Grade 12)

Key Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Keeping all work stations and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Sorting: Accurately identifying and sorting different types of metal materials.
• Material Handling: Removing material from platform scales after weighing and moving bulk bags to the designated stock areas.
• Security: Monitoring the yard and immediately reporting any stolen or suspicious material to the Branch Manager.
• Support: Assisting the Branch Manager with various ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• A valid Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar environment.
