We are looking for a Kudough Credit Coach, who will be handling inbound and outbound calls, callback requests, and email interactions on behalf of the servicing Partner. As the voice of the programme, you will be the first point of contact for members, delivering a high-quality service experience that supports them in either improving their credit standing, working toward their financial goals through customised tools, and building long-term financial wellness or assisting in logging and following up on the Credit Bureau dispute logging process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Financial Assessments - Assessing each member's financial needs and providing a tailored response, including:
    • Reviewing the member's credit portfolio and providing guidance to improve and maintain their credit status
    • Conducting debt assessments
    • Conducting affordability assessments
    • Providing budgeting assistance and guidance
    • Assisting with the credit bureau dispute process
    • Identifying suitable cases for debt counselling where the member will benefit — this is not a leading conversation
  2. Client Services
    • Explaining the benefits of the t financial wellness platform and supporting members on platform use and credit score improvement
    • Handling inbound and outbound calls for the Smart Reset programme
    • Guiding the member through their customer journey toward their stated goals
    • Identifying financial needs and delivering a high-quality service response on every interaction
  3. Bureau Dispute Management – Assisting and guiding members in logging their disputes to the Credit Bureau and following up with the Credit Providers, including:
    • Assisting clients in logging their disputes on the online platform or facilitating this on their behalf
    • Proofing the dispute and associated documents submitted to log the dispute
    • Following up with the client in outstanding documents needed or the Credit Provider on the dispute progress
    • Providing factually correct information to the client

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant national diploma or degree, OR a minimum of 12 months' experience in the financial services or client services industry
  • Fair understanding of the financial services industry and the broader economy
  • Fair understanding of credit bureaus and credit reporting
  • Ability to independently resolve member questions and queries
  • Effective collaboration in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong multitasking ability and capacity to perform under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy
