Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Group Lead: Knowledge & Insights to join the CCBA Commercial team. This role will report to the Group Head: Knowledge & Insights.

Incumbents will be key drivers in delivering locally relevant, insight-driven intelligence that empowers better decision-making and drives continuous optimisation across markets. By combining standardised dashboards with tailored local insights, the focus is on improving comparability, strengthening decision quality, and embedding proactive market intelligence into both short- and long-term strategies.
Through strong partnerships with market leaders, this approach ensures high demand for Knowledge & Insights services, with insights fully integrated into planning and performance processes. The work will not only standardise and automate reporting but also enable self-service analytics for end users, ensuring that our commercial and country teams are empowered to act on timely, accurate insights.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics or marketing.
Certifications or demonstrable experience in advanced analytics platforms are an asset.
Experience:
10–14 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance or research across multiple countries.
