Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills (ability to read and write).
• Previous experience in cleaning within a health facility or hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities and Physical Demands

• Operate specialized cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Lift and move heavy equipment and supplies as needed.
• Work a flexible shift schedule, which includes day and night duties, weekends, and public holidays.
• Rotate between different departments based on the needs of the facility.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently without constant supervision.
• A strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
• The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or when handling conflict.
