Hire Resolve's Client, a mining company based in the Northern Cape, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function. The successful candidate will provide generalist support, ensuring effective people management, compliance, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Provide generalist HR support across all business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
• Drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal governance standards.
• Advise and support management on HR-related matters and people strategies.

Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Degree or National Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience within the Mining Industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Valid Driver's License.
