We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the execution of marketing and brand communications across digital, print, social media, retail, events, e-commerce, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently within established brand guidelines. This role requires a proactive team player who is eager to learn, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Support
· Create and adapt marketing collateral across digital and print platforms.
· Design social media content, email assets, website banners, presentations, POS materials, event collateral, and promotional campaigns.
· Resize and adapt artwork for various channels and formats.
· Assist with campaign rollouts and seasonal launches.
· Support the creation of visual content for retail and e-commerce platforms.
· Prepare artwork for print production and digital distribution.
· Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Project & Workflow Management
· Manage assigned design tasks within agreed timelines. *
· Work closely with the marketing team to interpret briefs and execute creative solutions.
· Maintain organized file structures and version control.
· Track projects and deadlines using Planner and internal project management systems.
· Participate in team meetings and creative reviews.
Brand & Quality Control
· Maintain high design standards and attention to detail.
· Ensure all artwork is accurate, proofread, and production-ready.
· Support the ongoing development and maintenance of brand assets and templates.

Qualifications:

This role is a fixed-term position based out of our Cape Town Office and reports into the Graphic Designer within our Marketing department
