A leading FMCG manufacturer in the hygiene and tissue products sector is seeking an experienced Sales Representative with strong FMCG sales experience, customer relationship management skills, and a target-driven approach to business development. The role is based in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, and focuses on growing market presence, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving consistent sales performance within a competitive FMCG environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, possess strong business acumen, and have the ability to identify new opportunities while maintaining existing client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG market.
• Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand awareness and sales initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and account management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ sales experience within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of the FMCG market and business environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
