The Role

As the Manager of ERP Software Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. Your goal is to ensure these systems align with business objectives, integrate with other applications, and remain secure and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of internal staff and external specialists.
• Oversee the design and implementation of ERP solutions that meet high performance and security standards.
• Prepare and manage capital and operating budgets for your department.
• Handle contract formulations, tender documents, and oversee contractual obligations.
• Ensure ERP systems integrate seamlessly with other corporate applications.

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• At least eight (8) years of experience in ERP Software Development Management.
• Extensive experience in people management and leadership.
