Job Requirements

• Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• A Basic Nursing qualification (Diploma or Degree) accredited with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Current registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of nursing experience after registering with SANC.
• At least five (5) years of this experience must be in a management role within Primary Health Care (PHC).

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• A post-basic qualification in Primary Health Care.
• A Diploma or Degree in Nursing Education and Administration is highly recommended.
• Strong computer skills to support service delivery.
• Knowledge of health programs, including MCWH, CARMMA, PMTCT, and ESMOE.
• Ability to plan and manage healthcare services effectively.
