Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department. Your goal is to help ensure the smooth daily running of all marketing activities and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and office support to the marketing team.
• Assist with the organization of marketing events and exhibitions.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and documentation.
• Handle the ordering, stock-taking, and replenishment of marketing materials.
• Assist with daily operational tasks to keep the department running efficiently.
• Monitor and update the competitor database.
• Help run promotions and arrange necessary branding materials.
• Contribute ideas and support for new marketing campaigns.
• Assist with market research and coordinate tasks with team leads.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
