Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Optical Assistant for a full-time position based in the East Rand, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a vital role in the daily operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing frontline and reception duties.
• Assisting patients with inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Providing administrative support to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Experience: Prior experience within an optical environment is essential.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; the ability to speak Afrikaans is a strong advantage.
• Location: Candidates must reside within close proximity to the practice in the East Rand.
