Pepkor is the largest retail store network in southern Africa, with over 5,000 stores across 10 countries. Our Speciality division focuses on growing exciting fashion and footwear brands. We are currently looking for a professional and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Garankuwa.

Role Overview

As a Sales Assistant, your main goal is to provide excellent customer service and help the store reach its sales targets. You will be responsible for keeping the store looking its best and ensuring all administrative tasks are handled correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Work toward achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to every customer.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Handle stock room duties, including mark-downs and lay-bys.
• Protect company assets, including stock, cash, and equipment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Experience: Previous experience in a sales environment.
• Skills: Basic computer literacy.
