Part-Time Facilitators (ASC Programme)

College SA is seeking experienced and passionate education professionals to support adult learners completing the Amended Senior Certificate (ASC) in selected areas across South Africa. We are looking for qualified facilitators who are committed to learner success and making a meaningful impact through adult education. 

REQUIREMENTS

• BEd degree or PGCE qualification in a relevant field 
• Current SACE registration 
• Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in the FET Phase 
• At least 3 years' Grade 12 teaching experience 
• Strong CAPS curriculum knowledge 
• Flexibility to adapt to changing facilitation schedules at short notice 
• Own transport and ability to travel 
• Basic computer literacy 
• Criminal background check 
  

DUTIES

• Facilitate engaging and effective learning sessions 
• Provide academic support and interventions 

• Tutor and mentor adult learners 

• Prepare learners for assessments and examinations 

• Maintain learner attendance and progress records 

• Submit required reports within agreed timelines
