About the Role
As a Parts Sales Representative at Isuzu Vereeniging, you will be primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of automotive parts and accessories. In this role, you will engage with customers to identify their needs, provide expert advice, and manage the sales process effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person and via phone to understand their parts needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Process sales transactions, including order entry, payment processing, and delivery coordination.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with the service department to support the parts sales process and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality parts at competitive prices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales revenue.

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of vehicle components and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate inventory and order management.
- Proficient in computer systems and sales software, with the ability to quickly learn new applications.
- A customer-focused mindset, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to delivering high-quality service.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in automotive technology or sales, which may enhance product knowledge and credibility.
- Familiarity with Isuzu products and parts.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or automotive environment.
