Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc or BTech preferred) in Project Management, Engineering, or Post-Graduate Management.
• Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in project and contract management. Experience in technical or engineering environments is a strong advantage.
• Professional Registration: Must be registered as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) or a Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr CPM).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with specialized Project Management software is highly beneficial.
• License: A valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-level projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include:

• Leading the planning and initiation of projects, including developing business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation plans.
• Managing detailed schedules and conceptual designs using Gantt charts and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders across different professional fields.
• Leading negotiations and supporting decision-making on complex project matters to ensure successful outcomes.
