Project Developer

Scout new opportunities as well as negotiate and manage relationships with Renewable Energy developers and stakeholders. Furthermore, to provide support for the bid preparation and perform tasks for the development phase of our projects, also to liaise with other teams to ensure all deliverables are communicated to the relevant parties.

Responsibilities:

• Tender preparation, analysis and submission: manage tender processes, including both the preparation and the submission of the bid documentation in compliance with the tender requirements.
• Planning and coordination: develop and maintain the project trackers to ensure deliverables and key milestones are met.
• Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
• Porfolio development: Assist in identifying, developing, implementing and improving the company's portfolio of renewable power plants
• Budgeting: Assist with the management of project development budget

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Either Engineering or Business related Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ in Project Development or a similar role.

Other Skills:

• Very good people and communication skills
• ArcGIS, AutoCAD & Google Earth will be advantageous
