Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its infrastructure division based in Bloemfontein. This opportunity is suited to a commercially focused professional with strong contracting, estimating and cost management experience within the infrastructure construction environment.

·       BSc Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying.

·       Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience.

·       Advanced experience with CCS and BuildSmart integration.

·       Proven contracting and estimating experience in infrastructure projects.

·       Demonstrated site-based QS experience.

·       Experience working with SMMEs.

·       Working knowledge of COLTO, COTO, SANS, GCC, FIDIC, JBCC and NEC contracts.

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills.

·       Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.

·       Willingness to be based in Bloemfontein and travel regularly..
