The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you are a brand ambassador. Your goal is to provide every customer with a memorable experience and represent the values of Cotton On Group. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and customer service are the top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create amazing moments and positive experiences for every customer.
• Act as an advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundations, helping to support our life-changing projects worldwide.
• Maintain store standards by restocking products and ensuring the shop floor is organized and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with your team members to achieve daily sales targets and results.
• Ensure the store is always ready for customers to shop comfortably.

Requirements

• A completed Matric certificate.
• A positive, "can-do" attitude.
• A passion for retail and helping people.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
