Sales & Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Consultant to join a leading retail division within the building and paint sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in sales, marketing, or retail
• Experience within building materials, paint, or hardware environments advantageous
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement experience
• Proven ability to drive sales and identify new business opportunities
• Grade 12 (Matric) with relevant in-house training or NQF Level 5 Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell building and paint product ranges to customers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth
• Provide product knowledge and solutions to clients
• Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
• Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product presentation
