Recommend Recruitment Ltd need an entrepreneurial, organised and commercially-minded Recruitment Consultant to help us develop and deliver candidates in our Go-To-Market SaaS Our clients are developing major hubs there and we would like to support you in building a lucrative network within our niche offering.
Location: South Africa - Remote
Salary: Competitive - but we also offer substantial commission and exceptional support for market building in a niche area.
Responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates globally, setting expectations, giving them honest market appraisals (which we can teach) and building a network.
- Manage the client's needs and expectations having closed new relationships
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Using company and your own candidate-acquired insight to approach new prospects
- Efficient recruiting process for client needs, working above and beyond to ensure all requirements are covered to self-imposed aggressive timelines.
- Maintain a sense of fun and resilience at the same time!
Qualifications
- Quota or goal oriented
- Able to meet strict deadlines and independently motivated
- Team player, we're a small business dealing with major league clientele and we support each other in delivery, client handling and go-to-market strategies.
We would love:
- Prior Recruitment experience
- Finance / Fintech SaaS knowledge
- Previous experience of building out a German speaking market.
