The main purpose of the job is to ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders and to support for the external sales representatives

1. Maintain Stock levels
2. Attend to Customer requirements
3. Customer Queries resolution
4. Managing the delivery of customer goods
5. Manage Admin function
6. Orders
7. Manage Non-stock items quotations
8. Meet Deliveries deadlines
9. Customer service
10. To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 3 year’s retail sales experience, in building/construction environment
