South African National Parks (SANParks) is a world leader in conservation and scientific research. We manage a system of parks that protect South Africa’s indigenous plants, animals, landscapes, and cultural heritage.

We are currently inviting graduates to apply for our 12-month CATHSSETA Internship Programme based in the Cape Region. This programme offers practical work experience and a monthly stipend to help young professionals kickstart their careers.

Programme Details

• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Duration: 12 Months
• Monthly Stipend: R6,335.69 – R9,088.37 (Amount depends on your NQF level)
• Fields: Human Resources and Graduate Jobs

Who Should Apply?

To qualify for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be an unemployed South African citizen.
• You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• You must have completed a National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Honours Degree (NQF level 6, 7, or 8).
• Your qualification must be from a South African Public Higher Education Institution.
• You must not have previously participated in an internship or been employed within the Public Service.
