Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Commercial & Renewal Management: Lead annual software and managed service renewals across multiple regions, ensuring high revenue retention and strategic growth.
- Partner & Client Relations: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for key customers, technology vendors, and strategic partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and pipeline development.
- Financial Analysis & Pricing: Prepare commercial proposals, robust pricing models, margin analyses, annual budgets, and revenue forecasts.
- Sales Operations & Governance: Oversee end-to-end sales administration, including quotations, invoicing, software licensing, inventory management, and vendor compliance.
- Executive Reporting: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to present critical commercial updates for leadership and Exco meetings.
